For close to 17 years, I worked in the e-learning domain of the most reputed IT firms of the world. Destiny brought me to a different place and now I am a housewife, primarily managing the household and learning and development of my kids. I am an instructional designer and OCM (Organizational Change Management) consultant by profession. I design training programs and create learning content. This site is primarily my own space where I write about the topics related to e-learning, training, learning and development, OCM, and language editing.
Even though, I am not working in a company, I feel, I still have a lot to share with the world in terms of my knowledge and experience. Also, I want to use this platform for my own continuous learning. Wish me Luck!
